Bringing in an enchanting air with local talent every Tuesday, the Itsy Bitsy Folk Theatre takes place at Mt. Pleasant while the islands resound with the Trinidad & Tobago 29th Biennial Music Festival 2010 and the Trinidad and Tobago Music Festival @ Queen's Hall, St Ann's. While environmentalists would love to experience Leatherback Watching in Tobago, the merrymakers revel in the Phagwa-Holi Festival.
